Recently I offered a free workshop on yoga breathing.
Pranayama, also known as breathwork or yoga breathing, can impact your mood and your mindset. Learn some basic tips on how you can use your breath to change the way your body and mind feel.
This session was created with premeds taking the MCAT in mind, but the tips can work in any situation that causes anxiety or nervousness. The tips are designed to be used anywhere, including sitting at a desk or computer like you would while testing.
