Meditation | Working with Difficulties

This is 30-minute meditation for working with difficulties. You can join from a yoga mat, desk chair, couch, or even bed. Join me as we settle into stillness, do a three-part breath, a body scan, and then a guided meditation on working with difficulties.

Meditation does not ignore suffering. It works through it because it recognizes it as part of the human condition. The goal is to learn to notice the sorrow without being consumed by it. The goal is to sit with the difficulty. There’s an old expression: sometimes the only way out is through.
