Rachel’s Gentle Yoga/Evening wind-down class is great medicine after a busy work day, attending to body and mind with great focus and care. Rachel’s informative and inclusive style of teaching is just the right balance for all levels of practitioners who are looking for an opportunity to engage in self care. Polaris Yoga is a fantastic yoga studio. Non-competitive, non judgmental and is a class for ANYONE. Rachel's cueing is excellent and even if you have never done yoga, you will be able to follow her cues easily. And if you HAVE done yoga a lot, (like me!) you will love her easy zen manner, melodic voice, and variety of poses. I also love how she makes this a mind/body yoga class. Along with her cueing she helps you get your mind in the right place too. I highly recommend Rachels classes!

Completely Doable
As a larger woman, I have always been intimidated by yoga. I'm so glad that I tried a class with Rachel! She made it completely doable for me and the stretching felt incredible! Thanks, Rachel, for including all bodies in your classes!
