Happy Thanksgiving!
The Thanksgiving holiday weekend can be stressful. Take some time to ground yourself in gratitude.
Polaris Yoga offers non-scary, non-competitive yoga. This yoga class is floor based. It's not a workout; it's more like meditating while moving gently. It's slowly paced and gentle, and it includes a gratitude practice.
We start on our backs, then move sitting, laying on our bellies, back to a seat, and finally play with shapes that involve us lying on our backs with our legs elevated.
This is a Yoga For All class! My philosophy is that yoga is for everyone - including people in larger bodies, older bodies, inflexible bodies, recovering bodies, disabled bodies, and bodies that don’t get a chance to move that much.
